Recruitment Process

St. Moritz Security provides employment opportunities that are as unique and diverse as the markets in which we provide service. In our quest to hire the best individuals, we seek potential candidates from multiple resources such as college recruitment programs, military and law enforcement organizations, media advertising, job fairs, employee and customer referrals.

Hiring Process

St. Moritz believes that informed hiring decisions are a requirement to provide solid business practices in today's climate. The criteria for hiring vetted applicants begins with our comprehensive hiring process. Our application assessment, structured interviews, and background verification system assists St. Moritz to identify quality individuals.
