St. Moritz and Eagle Security Group
St. Moritz Security Services (St. Moritz), Inc., has recently formalized a partnership with Eagle Security Group, Inc. (ESG), a comprehensive Florida based security consulting group. This partnership greatly expands the services that St. Moritz can offer our current and potential clients, as follows:
ESG’s owner and president Roger Nisley is a retired FBI Agent with over 30 years of service. As a Bureau executive for more than twenty of those years, he was in a variety of leadership positions that included being responsible for all FBI personnel transfers; being the second-in-command of an FBI field office; being the Commander of the Nation’s only full-time law enforcement counter-terrorist team, the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team (HRT); and for the last three years of his Bureau career, was the Special Agent in Charge of the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), which was created to provide a world-wide emergency response to a variety of critical incidents, to include child abductions, hostage taking/barricade situations, and terrorist incidents.
ESG was founded in June 2001 to provide retiring FBI Agents an opportunity to further utilize the expertise they had acquired during their many years of dedicated service. Since that time, ESG has developed a national network of highly trained former law enforcement and military personnel who can provide a global response to a wide variety of security-related issues and incidents. All personnel are highly motivated, experienced and “battle tested”. Many have participated together in numerous high risk/high profile traditional law enforcement and military deployments.

Crisis Management Training and Exercises
ESG provides a wide range of crisis management-related training to include classroom instruction, desk top and live-play exercises (CPX/FTX). All ESG personnel have extensive real world operational experience and are among the best crisis management trainers in the world, many were instructors at the FBI’s Training Academy. ESG personnel have conducted training and exercises nationally and internationally for a wide variety of individuals and agencies. Working with key corporate officials, ESG personnel will design a specific program to enhance crisis management awareness, build a cohesive corporate team and assist in the development of an effective crisis management plan/strategy.
In addition to Crisis Management training, ESG personnel are also available to respond with advice and consultation and/or operational deployment in the event of actual kidnappings, short term hostage situations and extortions. Due to our national/international network of security professionals, ESG can respond rapidly with the personnel and resources necessary to provide “immediate” on-site consultation and support.
Kidnap/Ransom Training and Response
ESG personnel are prepared to assist clients in the development, training and actual utilization of crisis management contingency plans for kidnappings and extortions.
In addition, by utilizing the St. Moritz Operations Center, which is operational 24/7, victim company representatives can have direct access to ESG expert operational personnel ant anytime day or night. ESG consultants will be available to assist corporate executives make informed decisions at each phase of a particular crisis. Trained ESG negotiators can be deployed to provide on-site incident management, law enforcement liaison and operational strategy to help gain the safe release of company employees and/or family members.
Executive Protection
ESG provides premier Executive Protection services for its clients. All ESG personnel have extensive Executive Protection experience and have provided close protection services to US Government officials, foreign dignitaries and corporate executives. ESG provides a comprehensive executive protection program that includes security planning and operational support for senior executives while at home, at the office, or during foreign and domestic travel.
If retained, ESG personnel will conduct a pre-deployment security survey; brief all family and staff members; conduct the advance preparation; establish liaison with appropriate law enforcement officials, security agency professionals and medical facilities; provide on-going advice and consultation; develop contingency plans; provide an appropriate level of armed/unarmed protection; and prepare an appropriate after-action report, as warranted.
Vulnerability/Security Surveys and Threat Assessments
ESG personnel are available to conduct on-site vulnerability/security surveys for a variety of entities, ranging from private residences to public buildings and businesses. ESG experts will:
- Design an assessment plan consistent with the clients’ budgetary, administrative, operational and philosophical concerns
- Conduct an on-site vulnerability/security survey to identify deficiencies in the overall security process
- Prioritize areas requiring immediate attention and assist with the implementation of improvements, as requested
- Make recommendations necessary to improve the overall safety and security of the client, his/her family and their assets
- Prepare a written summary of all findings and conduct the briefings requiredto fully utilize the survey results.
Firearms Training and Weapons Familiarization for Executives
ESG personnel have provided firearms training for hundreds of individuals in courses ranging from very basic firearms safety and marksmanship to SWAT/Hostage Rescue techniques and tactics. ESG personnel will work with executives to design a level of firearms instruction which corresponds directly to their overall corporate goals and objectives.
Defensive Driving Techniques and Tactics for Executives
ESG personnel will provide emergency driving skills for executives and their staff who travel to high risk countries and/or who may be a potential local target of terrorist and/or violent criminal actions. While these courses are designed to fit the specific concerns of the executive, the following is general outline of the course content:
- Understanding vehicle dynamics in emergency driving situations
- High speed defensive driving techniques, to include proper threshold breaking, cornering and banking; swerve-to-avoid and “serpentine” techniques; high speed backing and 180 degree forward and reverse turning maneuvers
- Counter-surveillance, counter-ambush and roadblock driving techniques and tactics
- Caravan/convoy or multiple vehicle movement
- Proper vehicle maintenance
