Our SOC offers a 24/7, one call solution with centralized communications, metrics, and issue resolution protocols. An SOC Supervisor and SOC Specialists are always on duty to manage call escalations and emergency situations. In addition, daily offsite backup of servers, contingency plans for computer and phone systems, secure facilities and highly trained, efficient personnel ensure our ability to continue operations through any crisis or disaster.
