St. Moritz Acquires Las Vegas Security Provider
Pittsburgh based St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. has acquired Interstate Security Services, operating in Las Vegas, Nevada. Interstate Security has serviced the Commercial, Residential, and Retail markets since 1999 and is one of the largest security providers in the region. The combined multi-million dollar operation strengthens the St. Moritz brand and creates the dominant security provider in the Las Vegas market.
Gary Newcomer, CEO of Interstate will stay on as Qualifying Agent for the combined business. Gary has extensive experience managing and operating accounts throughout Hawaii, California and Nevada.
